Universal Publishing- These 80-page workbooks present grade-level (K through 8th grade) Catholic curriculum in a way that encourages students to think more deeply about their faith. Students read about the lesson; talk about the lesson using discussion prompts; answer a question to connect the lesson to their home, school, or parish; and complete a journaling activity with the help of a pre-writing section. Ideal for parish CCD/REC or in conjunction with any Catholic-school religion program. Includes FREE online teacher’s manual! Each grade level workbook has samples posted.
thecatholicscholar.blogspot.com- Prayer Journals (how to do one and what could be in it)
Mass Journals- Here are several activities online that may help.
Do you have any other suggestions? Please comment and I will add it to the list.
